These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NewSearch website, including any pages, forms, and content on it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by NewSearch LLC ("NewSearch," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who We Are / What This Covers

The Site provides information about NewSearch and our services, which may include Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), GEO/LLM SEO, and related marketing services. The Site may also allow you to contact us, request information, or book calls.

Paid services are governed separately. If you engage NewSearch for paid services, the terms of that relationship will be set out in a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work). If there is a conflict between those documents and these Terms, the signed services agreement controls.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities).
  • Introduce malware, scripts, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited messages (spam) or harvest information.

We may restrict or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms.

4) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials) are owned by or licensed to NewSearch and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your internal, lawful purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

5) Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

6) No Professional Advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals as appropriate.

7) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWSEARCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Marketing outcomes vary. Any examples, references, or descriptions of potential outcomes (including visibility, mentions, citations, traffic, leads, or revenue) are not guarantees.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NEWSEARCH LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWSEARCH'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NewSearch LLC and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows when changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
